The service is great, the staff is professional, but the loaner cars are not thoroughly cleaned. The last Discovery vehicle I had was full of dog/cat hair in the back seat and floor areas. Using a stronger vacuum would help.

I have always had OUTSTANDING service at Jaguar Land Rover Santa Monica. Everyone who works there is wonderful. The Service Director, Rebecca, does an extraordinary job of running a tight ship. The service reps are great, as are the mechanics. Even though they are always busy -- (because they are so good !) -- they are always able to finish the work in a timely manner. The waiting area is spacious and spotless. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
