Kenny, in the Santa Monica dealership was the most expert and careful dealer representative I have ever worked with -- and I've bought many cars and been to many dealerships, Kenny is kind, welcoming, smart, knowledgeable, relaxed and direct. That's what made the experience so easy. No surprises. I've now had my Jag for a few weeks and it's safe, powerful, and fun to drive.
