Despite arriving without an appointment as were were only in LA for a week, our service advisor, John Bevados, took over everything from trouble shooting our issue, arranging a rental and returning our vehicle under a tight deadline.
David Kellet is a wonderful human being. He was the most knowledgeable salesperson ive ever encountered. Extremely responsive without being pushy. Jaguar Land Rover is very fortunate to have him. I will buy all my cars from him in the future no matter what dealership/car brand he goes to. With that said, the Santa Monica Jaguar Land Rover facility was also extremely friendly and inviting.
