I am incredibly grateful for Ara Kharazyan. I had borrowed my friend's Range Rover and am in an evacuation warning zone for the fires. The car's KEY FOB wasn't working and the car wouldn't start. I have been a Range Rover owner for over 30-years. I have never worked with a service advisor as professional as Rus Timerhanov. He handled my emergency brake job the same day allowing us to return home to northern California on Saturday.
I’ve had a tire repaired here twice and both times received great service. Rus took great care of me and stayed in contact with updates. I’ll always ask for him when getting serviced. Call center can be a bit frustrating, but once you get past that it’s pretty smooth.

My salesman was amazing. He helped me right away when there was a problem with my new car on a sunday and made sure I got a car to drive. He is amazing. Although I should have had an issue with a brand new car 7 days after I bought it.

My service advisor, Rus Timerhanov, was the best. From the moment I arrived, Rus was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. My brake pads needed replacement before a long road trip and he was able to accommodate me despite such a busy time of year. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my service needs and made sure all my questions were answered. Rus made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. Russ was my service provider, and was amazing help. I have been coming here for over a year. They had no more rentals available after turning in my vehicle, he worked some magic and got me one right away. He has been easy to work with, professional, communicative and helpful. One of the better experiences I have had with service centers because of Russ.

Ara and the entire sales staff,finance manager and sales manager all did a great job. Plus they were very sweet to my children and became friends. Easy location to get to from anywhere in Los Angeles including the airport. The car was detailed and Ara showed me all the features on the car. Their customer lounge and restroom are 5 star clean. Traded in my 2019 Range for a new model and experienced a very efficient process. My sales person was responsive and easy to work with and got all the paperwork done so that once the car arrived it took less than an hour to drive off. Santa Monica RR was fantastic and I will definitely be a loyal and returning customer 🙂
We loved our experience. Younas's passion for the Defender was infectious, but it never felt like we were getting a hard sales pitch. He was the best. And the delivery of the car was seamless.

this was the first time I brought my car in. I had a good experience. I particularly found it easy to work with my service rep.
Even though my car was working perfectly well, I had a 105k service done on my 2011 LR2 as well as a couple other maintenance jobs. The total cost came to about $1000. I had been offered a 10% discount in an email from the Santa Monica Land Rover service department but never received it. Otherwise I’m reasonably satisfied with the work.
To add to my previous post, the Santa Monica Dealer did all they could to try and help me, but Land Rover USA corporate was just terrible and doesn’t support their new cars when somethig goes wrong.
John is TOPS at his position, very understanding and cooperative, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Serious and long-term problems with the car, but the service coordinator (Armando Saenz) has been extremely supportive over the years. The Santa Monica JLR service department has worked long and hard to resolve the many ongoing problems, but they can't do magic and make the engineering design faults from the manufacturer disappear.
Jaguar Land Rover Santa Monica is by far the best Service Center in the Los Angeles area. The Service Center is busy at times, but it’s worth the wait. I’ve been helped by Jorge Rojas all the time and I usually make sure to make an appointment with him all the time because he’s very professional and understanding. I have received excellent service here numerous times. Most recently, Jorge (service manager) saved the day, late on a Saturday just before the shop was closed. He had the mechanics fix something that was desperately needed for a road trip. He went above and beyond and I am immensely grateful. Chris Bowman (lead mechanic) is a rock star. Nicest guy, super professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys.
